The Surface Fest combines for the first time in one event the GD Days and The Ellipsometry Meetings.

It is open to all people interested by the techniques of Glow Discharge (GD-OES and PP-TOFMS) and Spectroscopic Ellipsometry.

The use of these techniques for surface and interface studies in different fields and the recent developments will be covered through oral and poster presentations and discussions between participants.

Comparison and complementarity with other surface techniques will also be presented.

The Surface Fest will be held in parallel to the vacuum technology and materials treatment exhibition.
